Awaare is a dry dusty tuulo I will always be amazed by Somalis who think people want their D-tier land.

Their is so much more at play but after Dire Dhabe and Harar all we think is these people will replace us.

No Axmaar wants to settle with religous zealots in unfertile, unurban land, that is over 90 degrees, subject to regular drought/famine, and ethnically homogeneous with a hostile population who speaks a seperate language.

Not to mention the abnormally high birth rate of Somalis meaning they would have to export en masse to keep up if that was there goal.

You have a point but we ourselves think other somalis are after eachothers D-tier land. It’s understandable why we would think the same or worse of shisheeye.

Yep, their lands are the total opposite of ours. It’s just the fear of the unknown.

Think about it, in the long run don’t you think they can turn something into those lands if they atleast settled in small numbers at first?
They can surely combat many of those problems. Plus Amharize the population?

Population isn’t equivalent to maintaining control. Small numbers can take control of land easily & run it

This is most definitely a neighborhood in Adis Ababa. Awaare doesn’t have roads like that or even the buildings

If they had the ability to do that they would have urbanized and built their own luscious land.

Amharas are busy trying to maintain a grip on Addis as they have already lost essentially everything post Selassie. The facade of the powerful Amhara on the Somali mind is one ive been pointing to for a while and now with the Tigray conflict you see people finally turning around to see the truth. Amharas peak man was 5’2 buried in a toilet in the 70s by his servant and his name was Hailey.
