May Allah SWT bless, protect and preserve Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This is a man who took Turkey from being an irrelevant, uneducated, poor, backwater joke of a nation and restored it to glory. Today, Turkey is militarily terrifying ( remember how nuclear armed Russia was crying and b*tching to the world about the jet Turkey shot down a year or two ago?), with the second largest army in Nato, is one of the world largest and growing economies, the nation is highly literate amd educated (with over a million university graduates a year) and of course, Turks are relevant in the world, with them having major influence and decision making in international politics. Also, the tremendous help and assistance he has provided for us Somalis and our country. Alhamdulillah, the way that they've developed Mogadishu and help with famines and poverty has been absolutely fantastic.

All this is simply down to this absolute genuis. He is absolutely fearless and unrelenting in his dealings with the world, a world that would love to see the end of any Muslim or Muslim country attaining greatness ever again.

I read a hadith of Rasolullah SAW some years ago. In that Hadith Holy Prophet SAW said something along the lines of, "every hundred years shall come a leader that will restore pride and honour amongst the Ummah." And i genuinely believe that this great man is a God send for us.
