That’s the culture here people gonna think your extremely gaajo if you didn’t tip. When I was a teenager I worked for domino’s and madow and Somalis never topped ever lol

I only seen them uber eats apps and american food brands like mcdonalds ask for tips. Never lol.
The only thing that they ask in restaurants in europe is to leave a good review

It’s so fucked up that everywhere I go tipping is expected you pouring me a cup of coffee doesn’t mean I should tip you. American businesses have put giving workers a living wage on the customer.

Im getting that 5 back, You will never catch me tipping ever. Its the companies duty to pay their employees well. Why would I tip? maybe I'll tip if I get better then expected service, they deserve the tip because they provided the extra value for me there. However, if i call delivery for pizza. Paid for the pizza, paid for the delivery fee, why should I pay more to tip the driver? I have already paid for my food and the charge for delivery. Its crazy, and now companies are leveraging social pressure to force tips on people like you guys said, if people dont tip they are seen as a gaajo or greedy. Disgusting mindset.

I work at a restaurant & I'll always say tipping is qasaaro a complete waste of lacaag. I never tip unless my server went above & beyond with their work.

Also going for his race was low asf.

what is above and beyond mean

if your server/waiter keep checking on you and ask if you need anything, you won't tip?

I make sure to say I don't want anything more besides what my order was.

Above & beyond as in getting free food. That happened sometimes to me so I'd tip. Besides rare instances like that they're not getting anything more then my order

You have to tip in the US because most restaurant employees are getting paid minimum wage. By not tipping, your are effectively stealing from your server.

Once I arrive at a restaurant and I have a waitress I let them know a head of time if you serve me well I will tip well. It's mostly a win win on each side. I tend to tip them 30% if it's good. if not just 20%

Indians are so cheap . They don’t tip even when using the company’s credit card . I don’t like my Panjeet coworkers and their smelly food even the mangers don’t like them .
