At some point we have to stop all this khiyaali talk i.e. the real problems are the 4.5 formula, asymetric federalism in which the only people taxed are beesha dhexe Somalia Italiana, and lack of representation/statehood for Benaadir state which is the 2nd most populous state of Somalia Italiana
