America wants to use Ethiopia as a police state that manages the horn of Africa like they use to back in the TPLF days. Somalia benefited from Ethiopia fighting itself but it seems America is now making a deal with Ethiopia so Ethiopia can pressure Somalia again. Abiy Ahmed recently released TPLF POW's and is currently in UAE same time as Rooble is in and it is rumored that both Deni and Madoobe are heading to UAE.
