Amb Safiine gives a public apology regarding his comments on Garbaharey

1. he apologized after he was forced to do so.
2. he said FEIT does not have the power to hold presidentional elections after he was told the constitution of the country
3. he said SEP 17 agreement says election will happen in garbaharey and we will not accept anything else.

all in all he got chewed out by FEIT and reer Gedo. we demand Amb Safiine to be removed from FEIT and that president Farmaajo fires him from his ambassador role.

he said NCC because he still works for rooble, but NCC is still the same committe that forced rooble to hold elections in 40 days when he wanted to extend it and told him to get lost when he tried to ask for their support to take security.

but it won't be NCC the agreements have already been reached in sep 17 and feb 6 in baidabo. safiine said we are still waiting for that agreement to be upheld. which is what the governor of gedo said.

and in the february 6 agreement madoobe has no say in garbaharey. other SEITs can be observers and FEIT will also observe but it will be the mayor of garbaharey that will be in charge hence why madoobe was given 4 names for possible mayors for garbahrey and that list was given 6 months ago.

the only thing left for madoobe is to pick one of the 4 and all 4 where chosen by the gedo governor. once madoobe picks a mayor the whole thing is out of his hands which is why for the last 6 months he has not picked yet.
