Did she deserve it? I gaslight and manipulate people at work who deserve that treatment. It is my daily aim to make them go insane. Don't feel bad if the customer deserves it. Bad people must suffer. Laugh at them in their face next time.

I usually take highly detailed notes about these types of situations. If this store manager is a female dog, I'll bring it up on her break on a day she's already feeling shitty, and if this customer comes back to the store, I'll call her up and let her know someone is asking for you.
