The two most northern states and Jubaland rely on meagre earnings from the ports and airports which isn't enough to even build 300km of road. The other three don't even have government budget of 20 million each. Everyone relies on the central government and the main government in turn s for the aid agencies. RSL is not a member of the FGS clan federalism and foreign troops racket but in the crappy same financial neighborhood as FGS and the 5 FMS. Not 6 FMS. 5 states are under the clan federalism and foreign troops protection racket aka FGS

Wallahi I respect PL so much. We fkded them about there population and budget and they responded by making a gov website with fake statistics. Somaliland gov is run by incompetent people, for the last 15 years they’ve been saying we have a pop of 3.5 mil which they read somewhere from some white people. Until a white person says any different they won’t and majeerteen in the som gov will tell NGOs fake propaganda for their political goals. We have people like faisal cali waraabe that’s been turned senile with Facebook.
