I agree. That should be a part of the long term solution to get rid of AS. But short term that isn't the best solution.

Right now xoog is what is needed. Shabaabs main bases are known, where the top leaders are hiding are also known. We need to attack them and take them out.

Long term yes marginalised groups need to be included and a fair justice system needs to be implemented so people don't need AS. The problem is that people think the only way they can receive justice is through AS.
