This is like Khaleejis funding terrorist groups while living rich free lives.
:comeon:

Not sure what’s surprising about this? The Pakistani government itself supports the Taliban.

These ajnabis support Islamic terrirosts who work for foriengiers but don't want these same islamists in their own country.
No one should take them seriously.

Some guys in central Asia or Turkey who are expressing their 'support', thinking Al-Shabaab represents Islam. What they don't realize is UGUS is a death squad takfiri group.

You have to know the previous Afghan government had very close relationship to India and was very against Pakistan because they want Pakistan land where Pashtun lives

Somalia should form ties with Israel, these radical islamists don't really care about Somalia starving and being so poor. Israel would be a much better partner for Somalia if we want to be successful

These radical islamists are funded by foriengiers. Why should we form ties with a foriegn nation that has bad relationship with Muslims and allies itself with Ethiopia.
Somalis should sort out their own problem and not rely of foriengiers.

If they keep this pace up, and with the withdrawal of ATMIS troops, there is a possibility that they might completely overrun the south.

The problem is saudi arab wahhabism and salafism. Somalia was always a outwardly looking country but the civil war meant these arabs came in and set up charities. They weren't charities but wahhabi cells.

Is Al shabab exactly like the talban? Or do they have a somali twist to them.
To some extent, yes, their primary objective is to overthrow the current government, which they believe does not adhere to the Sharia. The Taliban had a similar goal, aiming to liberate their country. Once the Taliban achieved this they stabilized to some extent. However, it is doubtful that al-Shabaab will follow a similar path. They may expand their activities beyond Somalia and target other countries as well. In fact, al-Shabaab has already launched attacks in regions outside Somalia.

So to keep it short.
Same ideology but ambition differs.
