Governments are also using AI to make running things smoother which may reduce corruption and increase the HDI of countries.

In somalia we can use a simple AI System tied to ID cards requiring everyone to have one and when someone frequents a certain location too much or goes to a certain region of the country we can catch him and interrogate to find out what theyre upto. Its a cheap system. CCTV cameras can be bypassed but tagged ID cards cannot.


Also we can use a similar system to track shipments to and from ports , tag also trucks going to kebab regions and also use moles to tag important locations where kebab leaders can meet. After recording all the data using AI Tools the government can then systematicaly tackle every point in shabaab and break them in an organised manner.

Also doing research on wiki_leks u can find that most shipments to kebab are thru air and then quickly trucked to the regions they own. Air shipment is easier to cutoff than sea shipment.
