I hope you meant Balcad to Jowhar. I remember PM Roble went there by land on several occasions. Balcad - Xamar has always been safe which is why the construction of the road took less than half the time of Afgooye.

Yeah sxb I just meant the whole highway in general. Balcad to jowhar was bad but alxamdullilah it was cleaned recently. One place that was always safe though was Mogadishu - Cadale with even HSM and SS making the 200km journey couple years back
