These requirements are a direct attack on Blackie Smart move from Mister Black and his administration. With all these conditions he make sure, that no Marexaan will be able to candidate.
You seem unaware of the current political climate in JL. Madoobe has many Marexaans in his inner circle like current interior minister Janan, VP Ina Sayid, heavyweights such as former VP Fartaag and Iftiin Baasto, who not too long ago was in the trenches fighting Madoobe's RK forces. Both are currently senators representing JL in the upper house; to imply this upcoming election as Marexaan vs Ogaden is far from the truth.
