Ceelasha was part of lafoole district but in 2007 it turned into idp camp during the Ethiopian invasion alot of people came from xamar and lower shabelleh and settled and now in 2022 is busy and booming of bussines

It is very ugly, they absolutely destroyed the land. Gedo's original inhabitants need to return to save it, if that is even possible.
I wonder why everything in Gedo has a brown hue, the soil, the rivers, even the sky has a brown tinge.

Ceelasha biyaha my home used to be baadiyo growing up in the 90's/2000's. It's now turned into a mini city mashallah you cannot compare it to savage garbaharey. I still visit every now and then.

I dont know why there isnt a single tree there . Is closed to two rivers it should be agricultural power house . The whole gedo should have been a bussines capital as they border two countries.

It is fourth World of Somalia sxb, the sh1thole of XaarHolia, I remember checking out how big Garbahaareey and Cabudwaaq after an argument and it turns they both are 1.5-2 Mile on each side.

Can you imagine a state capital city that is as small as GaajoHareey,Carmooyin is even bigger than the so called regional capital and it was founded by my Awoowe in 1994 and only my sub sub sub live there.
