1. It wasn't purchased by the government but by some businessmen

2. It is not a actual equipped ambulance but a painted noah car which costs $2000


Anyone can paint cheap noah cars and call it "ambulance"

Similar to these ambulances in Somalia. It has the oxygen tank and needed equipment

They also said they're waiting for one that was ordered by the government and it should come soon

The noah car given to the Burco hospital is too small to be a ambulance you can't fit in all the equipment plus two people (patient & paramedic) at the back. The Mogadishu ones make more sense size wise I still wouldn't classify it as fully functional ambulance but it gets the job done due to bigger size than the Burco one.
