I watched the full speech and I think he did a great job making it clear African nations must be treated as equals. We are moving to a multipolar world and they must be treated with respect and have equal access to capital markets.

This guy and his party ANC that run SA for 30 years broke the country, the country is facing 15h power cuts each 24h, because the energy sector went through shithole, from 20B dollars scam debt, to literal cartels running it, to education system failure, to unbearable security and instability problems. The country is run by cartels, and is set to become a failed state in 10 decade or so.
