African Leaders Need To Step Down

I am being honest with you. Noone takes Africans serious beyond 'humanitarian' matters, their more a 'case' study for the west and the general world on how not to 'operate' as a nation state, they study them around those areas and as 'relief'. The businesses you talk about are really 'private investors' who are trying to make their 'money' for themselves, it's got nothing to do with the government of the west as it's not really their place to interfere due to private market laws.

The only impact private enterprise has on government is during election time, certain corporations seek 'tax' reductions or some seek loosening of laws for 'foreigner workers' due to demand or scoring 'govt' contracts on major investments in department 'technology' or 'infrastructure' or 'consultants' to design, run, maintain the projects. That's all it is, it's purely business reasons and they 'select' MP who they feel are 'sympathetic' to their cause to push those agendas through.

This big 'hype' about business being bad and evil is totally unfounded, businesses tend to be 'easier' to work in then 'govt' who is also like 'corporation' but it's civilians are the shareholders and the share holders are paying 'share prices' depending on their 'income' across all society. So it's like the 'biggest business' in the LAND but they have to operate within the 'laws' also as their is 'supreme courts' and so forth.

They have committees and agencies set up to monitor performance of minister, secretary, divisional, sectional for legal reason such as privacy, confidentiality, security of data. They have performance 'agreements' for all 'pay grades' and what is expected of them and 'reviews' yearly. They have 'reporting' systems like 'SAP' that generate them reports on their human resources and like I said your not NAME, u come out as a 'number' such as 'full time, part time, contractor in this section' nothing more. They quantify basically everything. As the rule of this 'coporation' is nothing but 'numbers' not 'opinions'.

They teach you to 'adjust' to their culture thru training and if you can't, they really do ask you to go to 'private sector' where is is more 'flexible' for your personality. If you don't know how to justify yourself in numbers and reports for your arguments, you won't fit into their culture, a-lot of people don't fit in wallahi and blame their manager or something but it's the culture and system.

Anyways as for these Africans yeah they do speak about them 'badly' as long as 'your' trusted person. They trust me cause I am open person and bi-polar 'wax ma qariyo' they like our personality because we want to get results not create a 'facade' for our resumes. Anyways those Africans using the Chinese for technology are insane. They set up bugs in African union to hear your information plus they set up their satellite which they 'bugged' also to get zoom in live with 3d, sonar, heat maps, and there is many more 'libraries and layers'. I am sure u seen the 'heat map' they used on Bin laden house right, but it gets further then that. They can 'literally see you' in physical 3 dimensional. So if you combine what they do to Africans, the westerners do feel sorry for us and hope we learn to invest in our people and no rely on other nations to do their 'work' for them because in Australia u need to be Aussie citizen as a bare minimum to even GET IN GOVT, there is reason for that, they don't want 'foreigners' doing their important work.

If the aussie department I work we lack the skill, they say 'ill get funds to pay for the training'. U know how many training courses I had to be sent to to learn different 'operating' systems concepts as each server uses different one in the international networks? sxb I am being real. Somalida 'fund' their training to learn the skills you lack, don't rely on foreigners to build your govt for you as they will 'bug' you and then use their 'satellite' technology to know where u r at all times even in the shower.

I noticed the Africans seem to find 'westerner' good, nah bro, they send u 'NGO' westerner, their the lowest type who couldn't get a job in govt sector or multinational in Australia. Everyone knows in technology sector you work at the BIG FOUR they call it, which is our banks or government. Some Multinationals are OK like the american one martin lockheed who does weapons building but their only 'engineering' no new concept.

The best like I said of the west are in govt and in govt they are in intelligence first, then defence, then foreign affairs, then it's 'domestic' profiles and some are better then others like health is better then education, everyone looks at funding priority of each department and it's profile and reach. So stop taking the 'scraps' of the west, those NGO waa dadka ugu liito wadanka australia, on my resume hadan ku qoran laha NGO, they know what that means, you were not skilled enough for the REAL TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY. NGO is 20 workers sxb, that is embarassing for technology to configure 20 desktops, and a few servers for their applications and user management and apply business level security system. That's all they do, ma haystan lacag like defence department.

It's ceeb sxb all our presidents are NGO background, noone can respect them on the world stage wallahi. Why don't we have academics, their more respected the PHD type who CONTRIBUTED A RESEARCH TO A FIELD. We have to read it a-lot PHD, that's why I went back to University.

Bro I read my budget information in govt, they don't even 'reveal' the intelligence sector budget that says a-lot in 'govt circles' about how much 'tech' they have, cause in IT we all wanna be around the best technology in the world to see how far 'it has reached' because what is in public is only for 'consumers' like when the internet came out it was with govt and military first. It's always like that. Academia creates something and then 'security' guys take it first to 'clear' it which may take 'decades'. I love the fuckin 'ciidaan' they are the real POWER in Australia. Security always come first because it has to be checked against national interest and sometimes they keep 'concepts' and 'theories' to themselves, that's where the TOP SECRET clearances are needed and it's apparently very hard to get.

I only got to 'secret' and this only the things I know about the 'secret' level technology cause each technology is 'graded' on how important it is to keep 'secret'. So the 'satellites and bugs' are not even that 'important'. But I don't know how they do the 'bugging or telephony' stuff but they do apply 'security' there that's why my dept uses secure lines when talking classified. In Africa they need to divide up their ppl, technology, data into what's important and what's not and then grade each one on national interest. Our leaders walk around with civilian phones looooooool. U must 'security' audit on the ministry all of them. The ppl, the technology, the policy and procedures and u must have someone who 'monitors' it daily to ensure no breach.

Markay africanku dawlad uu eekadan they will be treated like one, u r more like a real kangaroo state just a government in name but in capacity your weaker then even a 'high school security system'
