That guy Ismail has raised a good point. While the rest of African countries have Chinese investment, the Arab part of Africa has European investing on them. (especially as France is a former Morocco colonizer) This is fishy. It either say, Africans are too dumb to be duped by the cunning cheap loving merchandise Chinese or the Moroccans are smart not to take the bait from the Chinese agenda. I am perplexed.
