the afghanistan war has been going on for the past 10+ years. what suprises me is the fact that afghanistan is smaller than the state of texas. If the US leaves wouldn't the taliban just take over again. I don't know how afghan can fix its situation besides killing every single taliban member.
i recenlty found out what was going on in yemen after i read an article about refugees in yemen were moving to somalia. i found out a lot of somalis ended up moving to yemen to escape the civil war but now they are coming back. Yemen does have a history of taking in refugees from countries in the horn of africa, so that makes sense for somalia to repay the country.
