i have a step family in somalia who are not on good terms with us. Well this month my sister sent pics of us to them and ive gotten weird symptoms like headaches and anxiety, and cold sweats during the night. My step mom is known as sixirole back home but i always thought these accusations were false but after whats been happening these past days im starting to believe them. What i thought was covid came back to me as negative and doctors say theres nothing wrong with me. My dad is a buisness man with lots of assests in somalia and has two wives one thats my mom thats lives in US while other one in somalia. But he divirced my mom back in 2012 so he has only one wife now. Im not interested in inheriting my dads assets and my dad never helped my mom out and my mom had to raise my siblings and me by herself with no support from my dad. Im the oldest amongst the family so inheriting his money would befall me first and id get the most. I think shes scared ill get his assets and money since her kids are still young and havent matured yet. So im not ure what to do in this situation.

am i overthinking this or did someone really do magic on me. Im a healthy man who exercises and takes care of my body. Also my dad use to love my mom but after marrying that lady he abandoned after that my mom had to work 2 job to take care of us.
