Me and a few Abgaal friends did 23&Me a while back, only 1 out of the 6 Abgaal did not have a huge chunk of Bantu/South/South Eastern African DNA. The one who did not have Bantu DNA looks like your typical Somali, you can tell there's no way he had bantu DNA and if he did it was minuscule. However, the other 5 full on looked Bantu and they had more than 40% South/South Eastern African DNA.

Bro its crazy, they're out there calling everyone laangaab as well lol. Both former presidents Sheikh Sharif and Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud are Abgaal. The genetic/racial disparity between both, despite both being Abgaal is very obvious. Sheikh Sharif definitely has Madow/bantu genes without a doubt. I'm not well versed on qabiil but I think there's some abgaal subclans who have mixed heavily with bantus/Madows.
