Just one question bro where does haplogroup T originate from? It’s a very underrepresented as compared to Haplogroup E or Haplogroup J for example.
HG T is a very old one that has originated around 40 000ybp any where between the modern day syria and Iran and found at a lower frequencies in most of the populations as far as india all the way to spain and from UK to madagascar.
There are several different subclades of HG T each with its own time and route of entry found in africa but the somalis has only T-Y45591 with a TMRCA of 1900ybp so most probably due to recent migration from south arabia across the gulf of aden but long way before the introduction of Islam into the horn of africa.
I dont think HG T is so underrepresented where it presents as the major HG only in Djibouti. Btw E is too old to be compared to T.
