I wonder myself, but even her sister took down her posts about Naima, which tells me they're probably accepting the unbelievable. So many people suffer in silence. They probably had no idea she was going through something.

Either way AUN her time in this world was up :(

They perform a post-mortem and check if there are any indications of a murder. If found none, they will check if the deceased had prior mental illness, was suicidal, left a suited note. They talk to family, lovers, close friends and colleagues and then come to a conclusion. If all these indications point to suicide, they will term it as such.

Truly heartbreaking that she was found dead. Why aren't they giving details of the state she was found in? How can they rule out foul play so soon without an autopsy. May Allah grant her jannah ameen.

Do you know how far her car was parked from where her body was recovered ? I know you're from a different state, but was it a walking distance?

That is the norm in any police investigation, But it doesn't look like that is how they quickly came to the suicide conclusion. It must be a solid evidence like a recording or a note she left behind.

(21.0 km)

The house she left was in Cradock Street, Holland Park, Brisbane and drove to the national park in Wellington point.

Sorry, I meant the distance from where she allegedly would have jumped to where the bystanders found her body. From Wellington Reserve where her car was found to Sovereign Waters in Birkdale where she was found.

There's a guy on my fb who is close to the family and he wrote a little time ago that "the family requests that no further speculation be made ". This indicates to me that the family knows the cause and just would like people to move on. In other words they would've wanted the community to pick up on her cause and the person who killed her if that was the case.

I once again go back to the recent UN finding that "1 in 3 Somali " is mentally impaired.

I can never forget what my cousin told me home (while back home ) that it has gotten to the point that the friend you were holding a perfect conversation yesterday is not guarantee that tomorrow he would be sane. He went on to say that if he sees the guy from yesterday acting weird today he would literally pass hjm buy because he can tell that once again another friend has fallen to the mind troubles.

Some suicides are just so apparent, like if someone is found undisturbed with no struggle and with a cut on their wrist. They'll also study the info giving by family and friends. Few kill them selves without speaking abt their memtal troubles or hardships in which they would talk about their desire to end it all.

This isn't even funny. The lot of you are doing nothing except spreading a bunch of rumours.

This a very sad and regrettable occurrence and it would be ideal if you all could just drop the charade.

I wasn't reaching for humor, believe me. The fact of the matter is that 40% of the Somali population suffer from mental illness some time in their lives.
