A trip to Germany and a Qalanjo that I saw: could this be true love?

True love or just lusting for marriage?

I joined a couple of my Somali (male) friends on a short trip to a particular European country (Germany) and these friends are my childhood friends. I haven't seen them in a very long time since we all go to different universities and we don't really use social media that often. A few weeks ago we all met up at one of our friends' nikkah and we reconnected. They said they were going to Germany for a week soon and invited me - so I went. While there (completely unintentionally) I passed this particular qalanjo. She was really pretty (naturally) and had a beautiful aura - really intelligent and had beautiful eyes (say m'Allah). I didn't really process it until a few minutes afterwards. She was speaking fluent German so I couldn't communicate or understand what she was talking about.

My question to you all is how do I (if possible at all) develop a relationship that could potentially lead to a marriage with this Somali girl who's from a completely different country, speaks a different (main) language. I don't even fully remember the place that I saw her. But I've really been thinking about her a lot since that trip which was almost 6 months ago now

Is this true love or am I just getting lovey-dovey from seeing one of my bestfriends getting married and feeling as though I should hurry up and get married too.

Did HIV come up in the conversation?

@Basra I feel as though I've just informed a group of people about a particular girl I like and they've oddly asked if I am aware of her HIV status and when I said no. They laugh at me and tell me "never mind".
