There will be a patriarch that presides over each autocephalous Church. The Alexandrian Rite Churches (Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea + other African nations) also have a Pope that presides over them however the nature of this papacy is different to that of Catholics (Papal supremacy and infallibility is not a concept in Oriental Orthodoxy)
