Oh, and "freedom of speech" doesn't exist in Canada. Things that are deemed as hate speech is easily punishable by Canadian law. Things like holocaust denial are often prosecuted as a criminal offense in Canada under "hate speech".

Explain then why many people have been convicted of holocaust denial in the "enlightened" west, such as Jim Keegstra in Canada under "hate speech" laws. Clearly the courts do not define "hate speech" in the rigid way that you do, and there's a clear legal precedent for this. As long as a country or society decides that certain speech will not be tolerated, there will be a great deal flexibility on when the line has been crossed.
Oh, and when you call for the genocide of people with different political beliefs than you, like you did here:
