I believe the darod need to loosen up on this dhaxaltoyo mentality and just set guidelines that must be met by all leaders and set the direction so the driver is irrelevant or leader, Darods need to be architects while allowing other clans to be captain's not coaches lol or drivers not the brain so their ppl think they are leading but is just symbolic lol.
