This quite an interesting documentary about Somaliand.. Much respect to the drivers, very hard working people...



Somewhere in the documentary the journalist mentions prior to the war Siyad Barre the dictator banned khat in the region and this was the main trigger of the civil war against his government in Somaliland

Omg I watched this with my Hooyo and she couldn't stop laughing. Honestly the channel that makes these documentaries always waffles so hard about the country, like the genuinely don't know what they are saying.

Its good they mention qaat .

This Documentary is old, but it was a pleasure to watch. Two things though;

Shout out to my old mate Qaadiro in the Documentary! it was a pleasure seeing his face after almost 15 years.

The Translation is absolutely wrong and exaggerated for dramatic reasons.
