If Allah is all knowing, wouldn’t he know that incest will one day become something to be frowned upon, why didn’t he create other humans, so the children of Adam and Eve could marry them and populate the world? There is a vast difference in the situation for one major reason. It’s you who believe in a philosophy (religion) that accepted incest and deny those people the same act which you believe has populated the world without admitting that it was wrong. That 3% difference is the equivalent to the risk a 40yr old woman faces with bearing a child. We do not considering banning a 40yr old woman so this outdated ideology of cousin marriages being harmful from the mid 19th century needs to be corrected. Add to that if you consider 2nd cousin marriage then the risk is the same for genetic defects as non cousin marriages

A question to the people who believe in creationism to ponder. You believe that Adam & Eva (Hawa) were the first humans created by”god” and reproduced children. The point above related to morality? How about a 40 year old man who is supposed to be a role model for a billion people had intercourse with a child of 9? Not to mention that Muslim men were given a carte blanche to rape slave girls? Why not discuss them in terms of morality raised above? What Laws? These were no laws. It was god's call. If creationism was a fact and Allah is the "Omniscient" and "the All-knowing" , then had the option to create other humans to breed with the children of Adam and Eve, but he opted for incest, why? Could you answer without resorting to name-calling?
