Its on par, if not better then Ibis Hotel, which is a European Hotel. Worth every penny, and secure as a European City. You can admire the views of the Airport too.

This was before lockdowns. I was transiting Hargeysa, I needed a hotel for the night, and for £29 a night, Maamus caught my eyes.

It was actually a very good hotel, cheap and convenient. Don't forget New Hargesia is located in a good area, between Airport and city center.

We own couple of homes just meters away from Maamus

Last time I was in Hargeisa (2018) I stayed a hotel just quarter a mile from that hotel (heading towards downtown ). I was paying $10 a night. It was a lovely hotel. They use to give me free breakfast. Free laundry. They had the most delicious hilib geel lunch. I could never get enough of it.

Jazeera hotel isn't that good looking tbh, it's expensive because it's a major hub for opposition politicians. Almost all residents are politicians or close family relatives of politicians. Plus they provide tight security measures.
