Sorry but in accordance with the Somali code of conduct, section 77 line 3 it states:

A woman may not marry a man who is younger than her, for it is an abomination.

Well there are no formal consequences to this, most scholars argue that if the gap is too high then this section applies, but the general consensus is that it is not allowed.

I say go for it, if they're both consenting adults and their family agrees then it's ok
