They always do this. When HG businessman Liban Shuluq bought the weapons we seized in Shiilo Madow they were being escorted by Guriceel and Cadaado NISA chiefs and their staff. All of them were promptly sent to akhiro after they fired on MX civilans.

The point here is, they consider hubka dowlada iyo ciidanka dowlada as auxillary troops to their clan millitas. However it's not only Ceyr. This is also practiced in KGS aswell.

Ceelbuur the city itself its 80% abakar before there was a bigger forculus population but we mostly moved down south. Idk if duduble live in the city itself but they only live in one deegan in ceelbur district which they share with abakar. There’s probably more non-abakar murusades then dudubles tbh they mostly live with cayr

Got it. My family has little to do with Ceelbuur and left Galgaduud 100+ years ago on both sides so unfamiliar with how the city itself is split up.

A couple days ago there was a skirmish in meeriis a deegan in ceelbur district some cayrs try cause trouble but a sub-sub-sub of abakar gomdaale dealt with them. Looks like ceyr came back with government support (which included other hgs) to get revenge and it escalated from there.
