I doubt anyone would have gone but the youth and their families were told they were going to qatar sxb NN are solely to blame for this due to their mismanagement. They would of brought them back if they could arm and pay them but the funds weren't there. HSM had to deal with all that from the pevious admin. SNA been going to Uganda since 2010 without issue.

This definitely his fault. Somalia has never sent soldiers for training to Eritrea as far as I know sxb and never have such high numbers gone anywhere besides Turkey. SNA have been going to Uganda since 2010 like I've mentioned already and Sharif welcomed Turkey who were always going to train the SNA as they had promised.
Farmaajo has done nothing but hold the country back.
