What I know about districts in Somalia is that they are 1) the third level of subnational administration after the FMSs and the pre 1991 regions and 2) districts are named after a prominent city or town within said district

Somalia should have a viable number of districts per (pre 91) region that is economically and socially logical

I don't know how many times I have to repeat this, between us and HG there is a road, the old Italian boundary, they know it we know it, and its at Gelinsoor, so why would we give up on it bro ?
