This is the barbaric RSF and Janjaweed militia, they were grouped and armed for the ethnic cleansing of Darfur by the late Bashir's regime. Janjaweed have tribalisitic and mooryaanimo characteristics, they know no civility, laws, humane treatment, nothing other than killing and looting. Think about them like the Vikings. They have nothing todo with average North Sudanese, since them Janjaweed are Darfurians and their tribal connection span from Western Sudan to Niger.
