All Somalis have begged @SomaliWadaniSoldier to come up with a solution, why are u entertaining asking him the same thing as if it will change just because you asked? has it crossed your mind he has no solution except to use statelessness as a leverage tool to stop anything that is proposed that he feels you will benefit?
