This isn’t about drug use. He sold fentanyl to someone who ended up overdosing and dying. No one killed this person as they consciously ingested a dangerous substance. Prosecutors in most states are elected officials. Victims of fentanyl are typically white homeless people. This means they have to scapegoat someone for votes. This guy is the perfect someone.

Ever heard of third degree murder? It’s the most nonsensical charge in history.
