Firstly Italian estimates dont even have Hawiye as majority of Benadir. So im not sure how that helps you.

Secondly the FGS doesn’t live off of Benadirs taxes it lives off of aid from white men I would love to see the day when Hawiyes try usurping power from the Whiteys and creating a monarchy for HSM

But my point stands. He can trade PM seat for Benaadir statehood law. The fugitives from JSL/North can be bribed. As for southern objections: KG delegates from shabaabist territory can also be bribed/bullied into voting for this it doesnt matter if your confederation refuses Benaadir statehood

Rooble should remain "interim" PM until a good/submissive PM is found and expedite Benaadir statehood law

lol cut the cap. Rooble literally said a couple days ago all aid was cut but because of increased revenue from Banadir taxation the government continued for the last year and a half
