Turkey: Istanbul and Cappadocia (you will be stunned, gobsmacked by the beauty).


Croatia: The coastline, I'd stick to the islands.

While you are there, make a visit to neigbouring Bosnia. Great food, beautiful nature (no wonder these desert dwelling arabs go there and view it as jannah on earth) and hospitable and welcoming people. A Muslim majority country, you will not have any problems, believe me.
