Qoslaaye's vision 2016 was 1p1v for the entire South. He ended up getting trounced by MrCheese in a parliament selected by elders. XSM was so incompetent that GM/HS have fewer seats than JL. His clan has fewer senate seats than the Cheeseman's confederation. The 1 good thing he can do is keep Rooble as PM for as long as it takes to find a submissive PM and maybe also Benaadir statehood/representation law
I wouldn’t say he’s incompetent he was just trying to help others before his people so he could hold the country together. The main is far from naive and stupid he built federal states cause he knew Somalis were to hard headed for a centralized government ….dw he promised he was going to look after his people back in 2017 if he got re-elected but unfortunately farmaajo was giving his seat at the time. Since then HSM was a tough opposition and he got back his president seat believe me he’ll be more pro his people this time first….I mean just look at all of the appointments so far it’s mostly hardcore HAGs

so i say lets bring it on, finally a chance for true landeere clans to have their say and enough with yar yar with one tuulo on earth
i also say parliament can change laws with 65% of MPs

Unlike Farmaajo HSM is focused on one region/state. I think it’s possible to hold a internal election in Baandir where the elect their mayor representative etc etc. Remember it’s not a federal country wide nation just banadir a municipality 1M1V
