thanks for this, wallahi this is a wake up call for me, i have to start taking care of himself(not that i don't but i slip ups sometimes and when those slip ups accumulate it may very well lead to aging like this guyso i must leave no room for unforced errors )

in the second pic you look 38 - 41 u look older than my father wallahi
