I don't think they allow foreigners to buy US properties. Or if they do it will be huge taxes on top. Last time I refinanced my mortgage it asked if I certify I wasn't a foreign person. Because they don't want that Vancouver Canada situation where homes because multimillion dollars from Chinese storing money in it and not living there. I can't buy Canada homes either unless I plan on living there

Wait I just did some research on google it says anyone can buy a home in the USA and you don't have to be a citizen.

In my state during the contract purchase agreement signing it has a section that has person checkmark "I certify I am not a foreign person buying this property". But if you think you can go for it man.
