The Daqancelis should only be for certain time 1-3 months per year, like a vocation. I saw many Somalis in the west who are enrolled in integration and language course while they themselves are citizens, because either they were took back home, Kenya or the middle-east immediately after birth, or when they were 3-4 years old. So many years wasted in Somalia, Kenya or the carabta resulting in a confused kids who lack behind their peers academically or socially (language wise). In countries like Scandinavians, Germany, etc, language is everything, if you aren't capable of having a C level or above language skills, then no matter how good your resume is, you will be looked down upon, and have difficult time getting a job.

If you master the art of socialization then you can fit in pretty much anywhere. Its all about being humble enough to see things from the perspective of others.

No need to spend every single social moment with your in group out of fears of missing out.
