Don't know the name of the mall, it's not finished yet. But there are two different gated villages named Rugsan and Aragsan. One is located in Masalaha and the other In Jigjiga yar near Buurta kala Jeexan.

They demolished and rebuilt new one. The construction were ongoing last years. Great to see that it's now completed.

The cheapest plot in Masalaha waa $35k and above, also $90k will not build you a two story villa with 7 bedrooms. I think $275k is very reasonable price, central, gas, water, electricity systems and malls, schools, hospital, pharmacy, masjid etc, 10 mins from Egal airport.
