    There is nothing wrong with actual federalism or even devolved governments. Governing a country the size of somalia would be difficult without it. The clan fiefdom model we have today is not federalism

    Those houses are built purely for investment purposes. Even the "affordable houses" are only built because the government said you need x amount ot units at this price rage for planning permission, so they cut corners everywhere.
