Nope. I mean happiness has its ups and downs so it's impossible to be completely happy. But my problem isn't really my life so I guess that's the problem. I can't fix it.

My life is good and I have positive and lovely people around me. I'm not religious and I'm sure meditation would help some people but not me. I just don't feel positive that's all.
