If you were Blake would you guys call of the wedding if she didn’t sign a prenup?

And would you ladies be mad if your (future) husband asked for a prenup?

When a judges decides to give money to a woman after a relationship breakdown that’s the judge recognising the value a homemaker brings to the table.

Let’s face it, a man as rich as Blake does not need/want his wife to work. He would rather her stay at home and look after the kids as she brings more value there. Therefore, if a divorce occurs he should reimburse her the value she gave and support her.

I just find it funny that people wouldn’t have the same attitude if it was a guy asking for money.

When the female is the one that lacks money everybody comments,
“she held you down”
“She took care of the children” and so forth.

But when the guy is making less and asking for money the comments are mostly,
“ He is a bum”
“ how can he ask for money, isn’t he ashamed”

Why is that the case @MrKnowles?

He is a multi millionaire. Do you think it makes more sense for her to work at Walmart and hire a high paid nanny to look after their kids or should she stay at home and look after them?

I don’t see a problem with a man earning less than a woman. Most of the time- it’s usually men who make a big deal about it.

Also, please don’t worry your sweet little head about this. Divorce rape only happens to rich affluent men. Nobody is coming for your PlayStation and macwis.

I think she's being silly if she really thinks she deserves or will get half of his 173m.

I think she's entitled to quite a bit of child support though. Him being difficult is a sure as f*ck way to get your kids to hate you.

Normally I would say secure the bag sis but this is outrageous, half of something she did not work for.

But if she can’t provide a safe household for the kids shouldn’t he get custody because he is financially stable?

They weren't married.

She failed to sign the prenup and the wedding was called off.

He owes her nothing but he should take care of his kids.

I don’t think she’s entitled to half but I’m gonna clarify a few things because I think some people are ignorant on this topic. The reason why the less well off spouse is entitled to something is because by marrying their husband/wife they changed their life path. Spending your life or several years with someone limits what your choices are in life. To an extent she can’t just up and leave. Also if they have children (not sure if they do but just for explanations sake) and he provided her and the kids with a certain lifestyle it is his responsibility to ensure the kids maintain that lifestyle.




In general though men get fucked in the family court system. Divorce too.

The value she gave to raise her own child :comeon:

Did he force her to be a stay at home mum at gun point reimburse her for what was she raising him up or her own child why should she get paid for looking after her own child? Should Blake be reimbursed for paying for his own child?

She decided not to work on her own accord no one forced her any man who has worked hard to save a substantial sum of money Who gets married in the west is a fool and should be robbed blind by the first gold digger he marries.
