just saw this thread. But before going on youtube and watching vloggers in Somalia , I literally had no interest in going there. Thought it was honestly going to be a very boring place. I don't know the language either,. I went on a trip to Canada when I was 13 to visit my dads side of the family and most of my cousins and uncles spoke somali only. it was so boring man, but that was because all I did was stay in the house. But when I do learn the language I might go there with my dad, I want to check out the beaches mostly, and some of the scenery.

People are escaping that “hell-hole” for South Africa’s Shantytowns or, tahriib through the Sahara, if survived, they are captured by the Libyan tribal militias and become slaves, if survived, they catch a leaky boat to Italy, if survived, they start a life like an unwanted slave and dibjirnimo on the streets of Italy. Why will I waste my hard earnt $$$ to visit a “shit-hole” that everyone is sacrifing their lives and money by running away from it? Here I come Zanzibar.
