Check this out:

1) Uni is 100% free
2) Students get about 500e/month (government pays you) free money ( max 54 months) for living
3) This is the exiting part: Student loan is 400e/month and from this september its 600e/month. If you graduate on time (which is 5/6 years) you only have to pay back 60% of your loan! The government pays the 40% thats left.

They are doing this to encourage students to graduate faster. The slower students graduate the more expensive it is to the government.

What i did was i opened a new account just for this "loan". When i graduate i can keep 40% of it :diddyass:. So i get to keep about 12k :hemad: I could invest the money but im too scared:damn: I'll play safe and pay dat 10k meher as soon as i graduate:hemad:

I forgot to say that they pay the student loan 9 times a year (we study for 9 months/year).

Well , islamically speaking its haram to take Riba with that being said some scholars propose if need be to take out student loans, but only pay back what you took out and not the interest as thats the haram part. So either way we all sorta cheat the system don't we :siilaanyolaugh:

You can't do the second option atleast in the UK. The govt will take out that money + interest before you even see it.

I thought about this. Ribah means you pay more than you got, right? Well, im paying back LESS than what i got (60% of the loan). Thats basically the opposite of ribah. So if ribah is haram isnt the opposite of ribah Halal?

Im a god damn genius :damn: :pachah1:
