Cyclone Chapala is expected to dump years worth of rain in hours. Hopefully, it will not be as bad as the 2013 cyclone.

Didn't the last storm a few years ago that hit Puntland kill dozens? I heard none of those nomads even knew it was coming. There's no system in place to inform either locals or nomads.

More people will die due to government incompetence.

If we harvested the rain, it would be epic. There's a machine which reduces flooding, feeds ground water supply and awakens the land//greens the land if used before heavy rains.
